All characters, conversations, and scenarios on LoveAI are AI-generated and entirely fictional. They do not represent real individuals. Any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate content depicting minors in any sexual or inappropriate context
  • Generate content that impersonates real, identifiable individuals
  • Generate content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
  • Attempt to circumvent safety measures or content policies
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to features. Usage limits are subject to change.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unexpected outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
