When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, encrypted password, and language preference. We do not store passwords in plain text.

We collect first-party information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, messages sent, features used, reply feedback, acquisition source, and subscription status. This helps us improve the Service, measure product performance, and enforce usage limits.

1.3 Payment Information

1.4 Conversation Data

Your conversations, stated interaction preferences, and compact relationship memories are stored to provide continuity and personalize the experience. They are associated with your account and are not shared with other users.

1.5 Affiliate Applications

If you apply to our affiliate program, we collect your name, contact email, language, channel URL, and the audience and promotion information you submit. We use this information only to review, administer, and communicate about the affiliate relationship.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your private conversations, uploaded identity references, or generated media to train generative models.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

AI Infrastructure — uncaprouter processes conversation text, preferences, relevant memories and identity reference images to generate text and still images. For interrupted image delivery, LoveAI temporarily stores the exact request in private Cloudflare R2 and deletes it when the job ends; orphaned inputs are purged after 90 minutes. uncaprouter privately caches recoverable output for one hour. Deleting an account does not immediately erase that time-limited platform cache.
Payment Processors — Stripe processes payment information.
Object Storage — Cloudflare R2 stores generated photos in a private bucket.
Legal Requirements — We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use:

Session cookies — For authentication
Preferences — Language, theme, and age confirmation
First-party analytics — A random visitor identifier and the first campaign or referral source may be stored locally to connect pre-account activity with later product usage

We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your account and associated data
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time

You can export or permanently delete your data from Settings. For additional requests, contact support@loveai.love.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data while your account is active. Account deletion immediately removes conversations, preferences, private companions, generated media, identifiable analytics, acquisition identifiers, push subscriptions, and the Stripe customer profile. Affiliate applications are retained while under review and while needed to administer an accepted partnership. Financial and affiliate settlement records may be retained where required for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or law, but are disconnected from the deleted account and visitor identifiers.

8. Children’s Privacy

This Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will terminate it immediately.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
